Has my order been shipped?

We provide you with an email containing all shipping details and the tracking number for your package. Please check your inbox/junk folder for an email from orders@carnivalista.com.

How long does shipment take?



Domestic USA – 3 to 5 business days

United Kingdom – 5 to 8 business days (the items will be imported and cleared for you by Carnivalista and shipped from a domestic UK location, the shipping cost reflects this service)

Western Europe – 7 to 12 business days

Canada – 5 to 7 business days

Caribbean and Rest of the World – 10-25 business days

The shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and Fedex. Please note, that we are not responsible for any delays due to weather conditions, technical issues or any other reasons that are out of or control.

Orders being paced after 12noon EST will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Delivery Claims:
If your tracking information states that you have received your package but you have not received it, please contact marilyn@carnivalista.com within 5 business days. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper. This service is only available for customers who have chosen “tracked” or “tracked & signed shipping options”. We do not issue refunds or credit for any packages that the courier confirms as delivered to your address.

How do I track my order?

In the email containing your shipping details you will find a link that will guide you to the tracking page for your package. Please click on it and you will see where your order is currently located.

Before contacting our customer service representative please check the link in the email containing your tracking details. If the shipper does not give you enough information about the package (e.g. delays due to weather etc), please reach out to marilyn@carnivalista.com. stating your full name, order number and email address used to place the order. .

Carnivalista Ltd offers shipping within the United States and selected countries. For all other countries you can either reach out to one of our representatives (please view the listing on this page or email marilyn@carnivalista.com. for further assistance.

What is the returns policy?

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on our hosiery and underwear. For accessories and shoes we allow 5 working days to make a claim via email marilyn@carnivalista.com. stating the reason why you would like to return your Carnivalista item(s). Marilyn will advise which return address to use and once product has been received, a refund will be issued. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

How do I choose the right flavour?

What is the difference between the three different styles of tights?

We currently have 3 different fishnet hosiery styles available online: SPARKLE is a wide weave fishnet with golden glitter elements, NAKED is a tight weave plain fishnet style and DIAMOND is a tight weave fishnet with golden glitter elements.

Which size is right for me? 

We offer two size options: REGULAR which suits ladies 110-170lbs 5’1”-5’11” and REINA (Plus Size) which suits ladies 175-240lbs 5’1”-6’2”.

Can I see what the tights look like on other customers?

Are the tights suitable for low rise bottom pieces?

Yes, they are! Our hosiery is made of extremely flexible material and can be worn with low rise as well as high waist bottom pieces.

What is the best way to put on the stockings?

Although our stockings are of the best quality, we advise you take care when putting them on. Be extra careful if your fingernails have sharp edges as you may cause the tights to snag.

1.Gather the tights from the waistband to the toe.

2.Place the toe piece over your toe and slowly ease the tights up your leg, up your thigh and over your bumsie.

3.Repeat for the other leg (remember 1 leg at a time)

4.Adjust the waistband to the level required (high waist or low rise) to suit your bottom piece.

5.A few slow (added) squats will prepare for movement on the road and ensure the tights are in a comfortable position.

6.You are now ready for the road!

Which phones fit in the “Pumps” wristlet?

How do I apply and remove the Smoothies (pasties) correctly?

Carnivalista Smoothies are made to last for hours and hours They should be applied to clean dry skin only (no body lotion, oils, or powder):

1.Peel of the white protection paper from the back of the Smoothie.

2.Centre your nipple, and smooth the pastie over your nipple area.

To remove the Smoothies, if you have sensitive skin we suggest you gently peel the petal of the pastie and dab with luke warm water and remove slowly. You can also use baby/body oil to gently remove from your boobie.

What exactly is a representative and how do I find them?

Carnivalista representatives are trained team members all over the world who are happy to assist you in finding your perfect match in Carnivalista products. They are all equipped with samples for you to check which “Flavour” is the best choice. They all carry stock to host pop up shops or accommodate direct sales.
