  • Orders

  • Has my order been shipped?

    We provide you with an email containing all shipping details and the tracking number for your package. Please check your inbox/junk folder for an email from us.

  • I placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation email.

    If you did not receive an email from Carnivalista within a few hours of placing your order, please check your personal junk folder. Another reason could be that the email address provided might be spelled incorrectly. Log into your personal Carnivalista account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Domestic USA – 3 to 5 business days

    United Kingdom – 5 to 8 business days (the items will be imported and cleared for you by Carnivalista and shipped from a domestic UK location, the shipping cost reflects this service)

    Western Europe – 7 to 12 business days

    Canada – 5 to 7 business days

    Caribbean and Rest of the World – 10-25 business days

    The shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and Fedex. Please note, that we are not responsible for any delays due to weather conditions, technical issues or any other reasons that are out of or control.

    Orders being paced after 12noon EST will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

    Address Details:

    Please make sure your address is entered correctly and contains all relevant details, such as apartment and building number. We do not take any responsibility for misplaced or lost packages of the shipping details you provided are incorrect or not complete.

  • How can I track my order?

    In the email containing your shipping details you will find a link that will guide you to the tracking page for your package. Please click on it and you will see where your order is currently located.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Carnivalista is very happy to have customers from all over the world! Check the dropdown list of destination countries. Sometimes delivery can be delayed depending on your country's customs department.

    Carnivalista and the shipping service do not have control over how long customs hold a package for inspection. Certain countries may apply fees after the package is accepted in the country. We strongly recommend checking with your local post office to find out if this applies to you since Carnivalista does not cover additional customs fee charges.

    Carnivalista IS NOT responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

  • What is your refund policy?

  • My tracking information states delivered but I did not receive my package
    Carnivalista will use USPS or FedEx as their main carrier for domestic and international shipments. Once a package is shipped to the address provided by the customer, the package is the responsibility of the carrier. Carnivalista does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If however you have not received your packaged or believe it to be lost or stolen, please raise a claim with the carrier.

    Although Carnivalista cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen items with a confirmed delivery status, we will assist you in the claims process with the carrier. Please contact marylin@carnivalista.com for any further assistance.

  • Why am I getting charged by the customs department?

    There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

    1. The item(s) sold out.

    2. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

    If the billing address provided on the order form does not match with what the credit card instittion or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct.

    Please note: If your order has been cancelled for one of the reasons above, you will receive an email from us confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your bank.

  • What are final sale items?

    Products that have been discounted during promotions and special events, as well as our micro thongs are considered final sale items. They cannot be returned for store credit. Id our warehouse receives any returned final sale items they will be immediately disposed.
